Easter Quiche

I was put in charge of making quiche for Easter this year. I made one Lorraine (Bacon and Onion) and two vegetable (Green Pepper, Tomato, Courgette).

The basic recipe follows:

Pie Crust (I bought mine, but it can be made easily)
6 Large Eggs
2/3 cup cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar
1/2 cup swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste

chopped, sliced, and lightly sauteed onion, pepper, courgette and tomato
chopped cooked bacon

whisk eggs, cream, milk together, and season with salt and pepper

place chopped vegetables, then layer of cheeses in pie crust

pour egg mixture leaving 1cm from top

scatter sliced vegetables or sliced bacon on top to decorate

finish with more cheese

cooks at 350 for 50 minutes.
