Jalapeno Cheddar Bread

This bread is easy to make, and tastes amazing just out of the oven.


1/4 cup finely diced jalapeno (from can)
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, diced or shredded
1 1/3 tablespoons sugar
2/3 teaspoon salt
5/8 cup water
1/4 cup brine, from jalapeno pepper jar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon yeast
