Who doesn't love a shoulder, head & neck masage?

I am still happy
from yesterday's yoga class
I really love it

& then off to Ashlee's birthday bar crawl!

made it to yoga
only to fail at headstand
and feel like I failed

yoga, bath, then out of town for the weekend!

I was pleased to find
the alternative teacher
at my yoga class
