Seven Grain Bread (My first adventure in baking bread)

Fresh from the breadmaker! Which arrived this afternoon. I went to meet my friend Holly for a talk by John Waters at Marianne Boesky in Chelsea, but before I left I threw these ingredients into the bread machine:

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon organic butter, softened
1 cup Bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup 7-grain cereal
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons regular active dry yeast
