So, I used the same Garlic Rosemary Bread recipe from before, but this time added a heaped tsp of Sundried Tomato Pesto to the mix. I also made it more wholewheat.
There is an issue with this recipe - the middle doesn't rise as much as it should. Needs to be tweeked a little - perhaps more water?
I am having this for Saturday Brunch with scrambled eggs. Yum!
