Wholewheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread

I put this in the machine before I went to bed and put the timer on so it would be ready at 8.30.

The smell was just heavenly... just thinking about it was like a natural alarm clock, I literally jumped out of bed and ran towards the smell.

I just carefully sliced it (still steaming - I waited 10 of the required 15 minutes you are meant to wait after taking bread out of the oven, it was torture) and put a little organic butter and agave nectar on it. Yes.

Wholewheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread

3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
1 3/4 teaspoons regular active dry yeast
